This is exciting news for the people and businesses of East Cowes.

East Cowes is rich in history and its relationship within Royalty brings much needed revenue to our island.

The publicity which this brings to our island is very much needed in these times of austerity. This will bring a very welcome boost.

This is the kind of industry (film) and tourism/publicity which our Council needs to champion and encourage.
Our island is rich with maritime, naval, royal and cultural history. There’s a lot of stories to be filmed which could be made here and our islands natural beauty can be projected across the world.

Best wishes to Osborne House and the production company
