Outstanding customer service earns local NFU Mutual two prestigious Gold Awards

NFU Mutual New Forest, Isle of Wight and Bournemouth continued its year of distinction by securing a third prestigious award in 2025.

The agency was named the Winner of the Isle of Wight Countryside Business of the Year, a distinguished award that celebrates businesses that make a positive impact on the local countryside and rural economy on the Isle of Wight.

The award was presented by Tim Bamford, Regional Director of CLA South East, an organisation that represents and supports farmers, landowners and rural businesses across the island.

In addition, the agency secured two Gold Awards for customer service,

  • Gold Winner of the BCP Outstanding Customer Service of the Year Award
  • Gold Winner of the Excellence in Customer Service category at the Bournemouth Business Awards 2025

These awards, presented by Nigel Reeve, Founder of the BCP Business Awards, underscore the agency’s unwavering focus on delivering exceptional experiences for their customers across the region and recognise its commitment to excellent customer service, community impact and customer care.
