The latest annual report is out from Parking Services and it shows an income from parking in the year 2011/12 of £4,210,987.
Expenditure for the department is listed as £1,412,992, leaving the department with a surplus of £2,797,995.
The report states that income is down of the previous year 2010/11 (£4,433,784) due to “transfer of Park Road car park to the Northwood House Trustees and the relocation of the East Cowes car park from Well Road to Maresfield Road”.
