We’ve all be waiting with baited breath to find out who will be the Sunday headliner at this year’s Isle of Wight Festival.
Eager young festival fan, Josh Peverley got in touch with VB this morning to tell us that during his research to try and get to the bottom of the Sunday headliner rumours, The Daily Star has announced that it will be none other than Paul McCartney.
With the likes of Neil Young, The Rolling Stones and The Police being previous Sunday headliners, it makes sense that Macca might be John Giddings’ next choice.
We’ll get in touch with Festival HQ to see if we can find out more.
Update 3pm: We’ve had a chat to Festival HQ and they’re staying non-committal, saying that “there’s loads of rumours around this time of year.”
