There’s a gathering tonight to mark the killing of people on-board the Gaza aid flotilla.
As you may know, Island-resident Peter Venner was on-board the ship which while in International waters, was boarded by Israeli commandos, leading to the killing of a number of the people on-board.
As yet it’s unknown how Peter is, as to-date, Israel refuses to release any information about those who have been killed or injured.
It starts at 5pm tonight at the the Peace Tree on Snooks Hill, Newport, close to Coppins Bridge.
