On Thursday 9th of May, BTEC year two Students from Platform One College of Music are putting on a live compilation CD launch event, ‘Platform One Presents – 2013’.
This will be held at Coburgs, Ryde with doors opening from 7pm. The event is to showcase the students’ hard work throughout the past two years of their sixth form course.
There will be eight bands of various genre, each performing a short set of original music.
“It’s going to be a great night full of a wide selection of music and so many young talented musicians, definitely worth a watch. This event has been organised by the students ourselves, showing that we are capable of putting on a successful live event. It has been great working with everyone to make this an amazing gig.“ – Harriet Moatt
Entry is only £2 and CDs will be available to purchase on the night.
