Police release image of man linked to assault of minors in Cowes

Police are appealing for information and witnesses following a report of assault in Cowes.

Officers were called to a report that a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl had been assaulted by a man outside Sainsbury’s on High Street at around 5.30pm on 30th October.

The boy suffered a black eye as a result of the incident.

Police have been carrying out enquiries and are now in a position to release an image of a man they would like to speak with.

He has been described as being white, aged in his 50s, of large build with grey hair.

They believe the man may have information which could help with our enquiries.
