We’re making our way through the considerable amounts of information the Isle of Wight council has just released in one go this afternoon about the consultations over possible closure of a large number of council services.
You may have seen the press release from Isle of Wight council about Public Toilets: Possible Closures Consultation Launched. Here are the details.
There are 32 public toilets on the ‘at risk’ list, with some areas being harder hit than others.
The hardest hit area is Ventnor and Bonchurch with a total of eight toilets with question marks over them. Bembridge is a close second with five on the list.
