Quay Arts has opened applications for its biennial OPEN Exhibition, calling on artists from across the UK to respond to this year’s theme: SOFT.
The exhibition will take place in the West Gallery from 9th August to 4th October 2025.
A showcase for emerging and established talent
Every two years, Quay Arts invites both emerging and established artists to take part in a themed open call exhibition.
The event aims to showcase a wide variety of contemporary artistic responses, offering a platform for innovation and experimentation.
How to apply
Quay Arts asks artists to read the application guidelines carefully before submitting work.
The application involves two stages. First, artists must complete and submit an online form.
Then, they must pay an entry fee to finalise the submission.
