Red Funnel will be changing the times of their post-10pm sailing tomorrow evening (Tuesday 17th May).
Southampton FC are playing against Liverpool FC, with a 7:45pm kick-off.
Red Funnel say that to accommodate Saints FC fans travelling back to the Island after the game, they’ll be making some small adjustments to the usual Red Jet timetable.
The changes are:
- Southampton to West Cowes: 22:20 (usually 22:00)
- West Cowes to Southampton: 22:55 (usually 22:35)
- Southampton to West Cowes: 23:30 (usually 23:10)
- West Cowes to Southampton: 00:05 (usually 23:45)
For all those looking to travel after 10pm tomorrow, Red Funnel have some advice:
Please arrive as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Sailings from Southampton can get extremely busy after Saints FC fixtures, and our maximum capacity limits the number of passengers we can carry on each trip.
For those who don’t make the last Red Jet sailing, there is a 23:55 Vehicle Ferry sailing from Southampton to East Cowes.
