Revised plans for the Following the news of the appeal dismissal on the Le Veness site on Ventnor’s seafront, comes news of a revised planning application at the other end.
Revisions of the Mill Bay development are now available to view online.
We haven’t had time to go through all the changes, but can see that the end block has been reduced in height making it actually closer to the original artist’s impression than the last set of plans were.

Members of the public have until 8th October to submit their comments, which can be done by letter or through the online form.
