The new Cassie single cover with Debbie in front of Ryde Pier

Revived 1980’s Isle of Wight band, Cassie, release latest single

Revived 1980’s Isle of Wight band, Cassie, have just launched their latest single, ‘Wouldn’t You Like to Know’.

They say the new single has all the hallmarks of a classic Cassie song – “snappy guitar riff, solid bass and drums and super sweet vocals packaged together to create an infectiously catchy three minute song with lyrics that hint at a more menacing undercurrent”.

Coles: Protagonist kicks back in a brash and bratty manner
Vocalist Debbie Coles says,

“In Wouldn’t You Like to Know? our protagonist kicks back in a brash and bratty manner against being constantly mistrusted, doubted and questioned in what has become a toxic relationship.”

Cassie is made up of Debbie Coles on vocals, Eric Biggs on bass and Hugh Kim Lewis on drums, with collaborator Phil Oswald on guitar.

Produced on the Isle of Wight
The song was produced by Phil and mixed by Guy Page at Studio 5a on the Isle of Wight.

The band will be back in the studio in June to create some more music.
