The latest of the Ryde Harriers summer tracks series was 3,000 metres.
This saw Tom Blackwell in first place in a time of 10.34.3, second was Les Cupis 10.50.7, third was Junior Dominic Jacobs in a time of 11.35.9.
The first woman was Sarah Kavanagh 12.03.6, second was Mandy Womack 12.11.8 and third was Lindsey Brazier 13.36.9.
The latest in the road nominated events was a 6.5 run around the roads at Ashey/Truckels, with Tom Hill coming in first in 49.17 – 43 seconds inside his nomination.
He was followed by Richard Lashley in a time of 50.51 – 51 seconds outside of his nomination and third was Phillippa Daley in a time of 53.42 – one minute and 18 second off her target time.
Fastest man on the night was Andrew Keehn in 45.07 and fastest woman was Amanda Treadgold in 49.17.
