Second was Phillippa Daley 53.30 which was nine seconds outside her nomited time.
Third was Rob Wilkinson 55.14 which was 14 seconds outside his nomination. Fastest man on the night was Tom Blackwell in 40.45 and first lady home was Mandy Womack in 46.06.
Solent half marathon
On Sunday in the Solent half marathon six harriers took part and four of them recorded personal best times for that distance.
First harrier home was Tom Blackwell in 1.26.01 which was a pb, next Sarah Kavanagh in 1.34.06 pb, next was Pete Still in 1.43.27 pb, next was Lindsey Brazier in 1.45.18 pb, next was Steve Lee 1.47.09 and bringing home the harriers was Emily Wildon in 1.52.29.
Oxford half marathon
Meanwhile running in the Oxford half marathon were husband and wife Bridget and Andrew Lewis with Andrew recording a time of 1.42.04 and Bridget recording a finish time of 1.58.27.
