As we did the year before, last year we bought our Christmas tree from Shide Trees in Newport. They have a massive selection of types and sizes.
We chose a Serbian Spruce, because … well, it looked good and I’m not a huge fan of hoovering. Twenty five quid for a nine footer seemed like good value, but we had not idea how good.
Why should you care about what type of Christmas tree we bought? Because, four months later it still stands in our lounge with very few needles missing. Yes, four months later!
