Due to ongoing essential maintenance to Island Express, Hovertravel will be operating a shuttle service on the following days and times:
Tuesday 11th November 2014 Wednesday 12th November 2014 From 16:15 until 18:15 a one craft shuttle service will be in operation
During these times, arrivals and departures will happen as often as possible but not to our scheduled timetable.
Delay and repay policy Hovertravel’s engineering team will complete the work as quickly as possible. Please call 01983 717717 for immediate service updates. Hovertravel wishes to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to your travel plans and ask for your understanding.

Due to the disruption you have experienced during this essential maintenance, Hovertravel will be offering the Cancellation & Delay Repay Policy to any passenger that chooses to use alternative ferry providers, between the above times and dates. A valid receipt of alternative travel between the above times and dates will need to be provided to validate your claim.
