Sight for Wight Short Story Competition returns this autumn

Following the success of the 2020 Sight for Wight Short Story Writing Competition, this month sees the launch of the 2021 event.

Started some 12 years ago by Sight for Wight patrons, RC Bridgestock, international crime writing authors, the theme this year is Vision.

Hollyhead: Raising funds and recognising talent
CEO Lisa Hollyhead said,

“As we do each year, the theme is deliberately broad to allow people to interpret it as they wish; some stories may be sight related, others may be paranormal or indeed your view of the future.

“The competition is not only run in order to provide vital funds for Sight for Wight, but also to recognise the wide ranging writing talent here on our Island.”
