Isle of Wight SEN Support is hosting this community event, featuring Kevin McManamon, Partner at Winkworth Sherwood LLP, who will explain critical legal factors impacting children and young people with SEN.
Kevin specialises in Special Educational Needs law, Court of Protection, and Public Law, and will provide expert insight into some of the key legal issues affecting children and young people with SEND.

- The application of the Sick and Disabled Children Act to social care assessments
- Home-to-school transport, including post-16 transport and Education Otherwise Than at School (EOTAS)
- The impact of the Children’s Wellbeing Bill on children and young people with SEND
