There’s still time to take part in the challenge being attempted today to create the world’s largest human dinosaur in Ryde.
The event is being masterminded by Roger Crouch, the man behind Pirate Day in Hastings, where the ‘Largest Gathering of Pirates’ gained Hastings an entry into the Guinness Book of Records.
Roger will be directing Islanders and holiday-makers to form a human Pelosaurus shape on Appley Beach.

There’s no need to register, just arrive at Appley Beach before 2pm and join in the fun.
