Talking Menopause: Safe space for women to learn more about the menopause

This Sunday (4th September) sees the second Menopause Chat take place at The Better Days Cafe, Ventnor.

The purpose of the meetings are to provide a safe space for women to learn more about the menopause and talk about their concerns, worries or just share their stories.

Talking Menopause
The meeting will be led by Lynda Bailey from Talking Menopause.

Lynda brilliantly led the first meeting in June, which was very well attended by women wanting to learn more about the menopause and how they can seek help for the 30+ symptoms they might experience.

This month Lynda is joined by health well-being and nutritional coach, Lindsay Randerson.

Lindsay will be talking through food and the impact it can have on our hormones through menopause. She will be including some top tips for health and well-being, during what can be a challenging time.

Where and when
Sunday’s get together takes place from 11am to around 1pm at The Better Days Cafe, High Street Ventnor, opposite the Central Car Park (next to Tesco).

You can’t miss it as the building has just been given a new coat of mint green paint.

The not-for-profit cafe would welcome your custom and will be serving hot and cold drinks before the meeting begins.
