What does Appuldurcombe House, Ankh Morpork and a group of enthusiastic am-dramers have in common?
Well at 7pm on Friday 14th July, Appuldurcombe House in Wroxall will become host to an outdoor performance of Terry Pratchett’s Night Watch.
If you haven’t read the book … “a freak accident hurls Commander Sam Vines back into his own past, where he must assume a new identity and watch his younger self struggle to rise in the ranks of the City Watch of Ankh-Morpork while tracking down a dangerous criminal and finding a way to return to his own time.”
The Ad Lib Theatre Company have been rehearsing hard and this is bound to be an excellent performance in a great setting.
Performances start Friday 14th July at 7:00pm, Saturday 15th July at 2:00pm and 7:00pm, Sunday 16th July at 2:00pm
Tickets are priced at an amazingly low £6 (what great value! you’d pay four times as much to see an open air performance in Regents Park).
Pray for a dry night and don’t forget to take something to sit on.

Thanks for Annie for bringing this to our attention and thanks again to Auntie P for yet another excellent picture, a great cloning example taken during rehearsals.
