After the announcement of the judgment against the Isle of Wight council by a High Court judge yesterday in the Adult Social Care case that declared the council’s policy unlawful, we spent quite a lot of yesterday trying to get the full judgement.
As with all of these things, we feel that it’s important to understand and publish the detail, not just the headlines.
