Replacement bus – but not up Pier

Due to the current vehicles restrictions in place on Ryde Pier we are UNABLE to provide ANY ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT BETWEEN RYDE ESPLANADE AND RYDE PIER HEAD during the work.

Passengers will need to use the temporary walkway provided by Wightlink along Ryde Pier to access catamaran services.

No cycles, prams or bulky luggage on the Bus
Journey times will be extended and connections cannot be guaranteed, we regret that cycles, prams and items of bulky luggage cannot be conveyed on rail replacement buses. Buses will depart from Ryde Esplanade bus station and Ryde St Johns Road station forecourt.

A normal rail service will operate between Ryde St Johns Road and Shanklin.
