The retreat takes place at the wonderful East Dene in Bonchurch and runs from the evening of Friday 1st February to afternoon of Sunday 3rd.
The retreat time table will be similar to previous course and is designed by Maharishi to give deep rest to the nervous system, raise consciousness and maximise and smooth the process of stress release. The structure of the course will include 20 practical points on applying TM to your everyday life.
If you have been previously initiated in Transcendental Meditation and wish to attend the retreat, the cost is £99 for the weekend if you stay in dorms or £140 for a private room. This cost is all inclusive and covers bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner and of course the TM teachings/practice. If you are interested in learning the practice of TM, you still have time to do so before the retreat, get in touch with Will on the details at the bottom of this post.
If you’re wondering what to expect from the retreat, have a look at a review from last year.

Footnote: It’s funny how co-incidences happen sometimes. This posting was on my list of articles to get written today.
Before I’d gotten around to writing it, Simon reinstated our ‘From the Archive’ feature (you’ll find it in the far right hand column). Low and behold, guess what’s listed? An article I wrote about the same time this year, promoting one of Will’s weekend retreats being held at East Dene!.
