We happened to do an Isle of Wight Hotels search on Google today and something jumped out at us.
The Google Places listing for Newport’s Travelodge showed its location as the ‘Isle of White’.
Islanders know that this is a common mistake, with one of the recent ones being a national campaign by Premier Inn.
Come on … try harder would you. Just have a glance at a map.
