In an effort to help readers understand the sequence of events relating to the awarding of the bar and catering concession at the Winter Gardens, we’ve tried out a new tool called TimeGlider.
The tool is not, at first, obvious to use, so we’ve created a short 10 minute video (screen cast – This service has now stopped) to help you make sense of it.
