On Thursday, 20th February, Teresa Preston, Chair of the Ventnor Carnival Association, welcomed the Trustees of PATCH (People’s Approach to Cancer Help) at a committee meeting.
Teresa presented the Trustees with a cheque for £700, which represents half the funds raised at last year’s Ventnor Boxing Day swim.
Event highlights
The Trustees of PATCH, who celebrate 36 years of the charity this year, expressed their gratitude to everyone who contributed to the fundraising effort.
They thank all those who raised funds to help people in the local area facing difficult times.
Community impact
