Last night’s Channel 4 news had a segment of their show on the sit-in at Vestas by John Sparks, their business reporter.
He introduced it like this …
“Three miles off the southern coast, there is a tranquil world – a special home to sailors, holiday-makers and the retired … oh and one other thing … Radical industrial sit-ins.”
It’s a good piece, summarising the sit-in until now, including recordings of a phone call to Ian Terry, who is taking part in the sit-in.
They were lucky enough to record the interview and shoot some video while the supporters on the outside threw food in to those taking part in the sit-in.
