Rolling Stones vinyl on quality hi-fi and the man who helped make it

Imagine being able to listen to a piece of vinyl on a great quality stereo and then having the chance to talk to someone involved in the making of it afterwards.

Well, that’s exactly what’s on offer next Monday at Quay Arts.

Q&A with music producer
The vinyl in question is the 1989 album, Steel Wheels by The Rolling Stones and there’ll be an opportunity to chat afterwards with the album’s producer, Chris Kimsey.

Chris has been involved with the music industry for over 45 years and worked with hundreds of artists including The Cult, The Psychedelic Furs, Killing Joke, Marillion, INXS and even the London Symphony Orchestra.

We’re sure he’ll have lots of great insight to share on Monday.

Make a night of it
The event takes place at Quay Arts in Newport on Monday 21st November from 8pm.

Entrance is just £5 and with the bar and Moroccan Buffet open from 6.30pm, why not make an entire evening of it?

See you there!
