This is a reminder that the Westridge Centre, in Ryde, is open today (Wednesday 15th December) for eligible people to walk in and have their first, second or booster dose of the Covid-19 vaccination.
From today every eligible adult can book their booster jab or use a walk-in or pop-up clinic, as the NHS Covid-19 vaccination programme seeks to protect the nation from the new Omicron strain of the virus.
Every adult is eligible for a jab three months after their second following updated guidance from the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation.
There is plenty of capacity at the Westridge Centre for people to come down today – the site is open until 6pm today.
Here are the times going forward for the Westridge Centre:
- Wednesday 15th December, 8.30am to 6pm – walk-ins all doses including boosters
- Thursday 16th December, 8.30am to 6pm – all doses including boosters
- Friday 17th December, 8.30am to 6pm – all doses including boosters
- Saturday 18th December, 9am to 3pm – walk ins, all doses including boosters
- Monday 20th December, 12pm to 8pm – walk-ins all doses included boosters
- Tuesday 21st December, 8.30pm to 6pm – first and second doses only
- Wednesday 22nd December, 8.30am to 6pm – first and second doses only
- Thursday 23rd December, 8.30am to 6pm – walk-ins all doses including boosters
