As we announced on VB on Monday, The Winter Gardens Rescue Group are one of the last three preferred bidders to take the Winter Gardens on into the future.
The Pier Street Band will be playing at 3pm (at the Crab and Lobster) this Sunday (10th) to raise funds for The Winter Gardens Rescue Group.
A spokesperson for the band said, “The Winter Gardens is an iconic building at the heart of the community in Ventnor and we feel that we should do everything that we can to ensure that this building continues in community use”.
If the bid fails all monies raised at this event will be donated to local cancer charity, P.A.T.C.H.
