Nine Ryde School pupils achieved seven or more grades at A*: Layla Beckett, Rachel Fox, Heidi Hamilton, Hester Lacey, Hannah Males, Eleanor Staley, Sumi Theminimulle, Hamish Trowell and Charlotte Willcock.

Around one quarter of Ryde School pupils achieved an average score of 10 A grades or better. In addition to those mentioned above they were:

Theo Afsarian, Sophie Asher, Kyle Blair, Thomas Bloom, Alexandra Clarke, James Fountaine, Nino Gauci, Jonty Parkes, William Perkins, Sam Philipsborn, Eleanor Robinson, Emily Stone, George Thomas and James Treherne.

Head Master, Mark Waldron, commented,

“It is always wonderful to see young people celebrating their excellent results, especially this year when there has been so much in the press about exams becoming more difficult. We are very pleased with our results as a whole, particularly by individual success stories that show how much value can be added through hard work and determination.”
