The High Court Hearing in the case against the Isle of Wight council over their changes to Adult Social Care on the Island took place on 25th October.
Those involved tell VB that they are expecting a Judgment on the case to be handed down on Friday 11th November.
During the hearing, lawyers represented two disabled adults who argued that the consultation process surrounding proposed changes to adult social care on the Isle of Wight was flawed.
