Emergency services were called at approximately 9.30am this morning to a road traffic incident near Butterfly World just outside Newport.
The head on collision took place on Whiterails Road and has left three people trapped and two in a serious condition.
Fire, Police and ambulance are all in attendance. Our thought are with all those involved.
