Isle of Wight council say they've tried to work with the Christ the King College, but still no plan exists. "This is an enormous debt for one school to accrue", said the council leader.
Christ the King College was formed in 2008 by the merging of two Isle of Wight faith schools, Archbishop King and Trinity Middle.
Located in Carisbrooke, it formed its own Sixth Form in December 2013.
