Le Veness is a property on Ventnor’s seafront which has been derelict for many decades.
In the early 2000s permission was granted for a stacked six-storey block of flats. Work was started in 2009 just before the permission ran out, but without meeting any of the conditions.
The planning committee issued a Lawful Development Certificate in 2010.
