Cllr Stuart Hutchinson was elected as Isle of Wight councillor for West Wight in a by-election 
in November 2011 and retained his seat in the May 2013 elections.
He’s a member of the Conservative Group of Councillors.
In January 2017, he was appointed as deputy leader to Cllr Dave Stewart.
He did not sit in the 2021 elections.
