Theft From Ambulance On Pan Playing Fields

On Sunday night items were stolen from an ambulance while it was parked on some playing fields in the Pan area of Newport.

AmbulancePolice say it took place when a group of people were nearby and are appealing for witnesses.

Most of the items reported stolen from the ambulance were recovered swiftly nearby. However, a syringe has not been located yet.

All of the above details have been confirmed by the police, but as yet, what hasn’t been confirmed is that the ambulance that had the items stolen from it was attending the Air Ambulance. We’ll let you know when the Police confirm/deny.
