Forever Wild At Heart on the beach and in the woods

Baby Wild sessions offer a chance for Mums to recharge in nature

A new group on the Isle of Wight that focuses on the wellbeing of parents, from bump to baby is now able to offer reduced rates for ‘Baby Wild’ sessions to those who are experiencing unexpected financial difficulties, on universal credit and/or single parent families.

Thanks to the Isle of Wight council’s Early Help Community Capacity Building Grant, Lizzie Boynton from Forever Wild At Heart is offering discounted Baby Wild sessions for those experiencing financial hardships, starting at 15 weeks pregnant and up to around 18 month old baby.

What to expect
The outdoor sessions offer:

  • Time and space
  • Room to breathe and just be
  • Space to be seen and heard
  • Stillness
  • Time for self-care and to recharge
  • Sensory experience for baby and you
  • Time to be present with yourself and your baby

Lizzie explains,

“All classes are guided and have a flow of grounding, mindfulness, beach or woodland exploration, journalling, nature art, connection and tea.

“If you feel that you (or know someone who) would benefit from attending these sessions, then please get in contact”

Lizzie has blocks of sessions running Tuesday mornings at the beach in Sandown and Friday afternoon in Ryde / Wootton alternating between Haylands Farm and Firestone Copse.
