BBC TV Want To Film Your Best Community Snow Stories This Weekend

The lovely Jon Cuthill from the Beeb got in touch this afternoon to tell us that they’re coming to the Isle of Wight this weekend to film Inside Out.

BBC TV Want To Film Your Best Community Snow Stories This WeekendThere are a few reasons for doing their ‘how has the snow hit the South’ programme from the Island. They see the Island as a mini version of the UK – containing all of life within it – with a very strong community, and as we know, there’s been lots of stories of people helping each other out across the Island during this snowy week.

… oh and that the weather forecasters think that on Sunday the next batch of snow to hit the UK will be starting in the South and working it’s way up … and the meteorological boffins think it’s going to start at 11am.

Let’s hear your stories
They’re really interested in hearing stories of how people have been helping each other out while the snow has been around. We’ve heard a few, but we’re sure you have all heard many more of them, so leave a message below or get in touch.

You never know, it might end up being on the telly on Monday in the first episode of the new series of Inside Out on the BBC.
