It’s Thursday so that must mean it’s time for the VentnorBlog ‘Thank You Thursday’ feature. It’s our way of saying thank you to our advertisers for supporting VB.
This week we’d like to extend a special thanks to Chale Green Stores.
This award winning general store, deli and cafe have helped to support VB by taking a display ad which you’ll see sitting in the Island Ads column on the right.
If you haven’t visited this fabulous shop in the heart of the Chale community, do make the effort to seek it out.
As well as providing a great general store for local residents ( and passers by) with all the leading brands, Chale Green Stores also has one of the largest Delis on the Island.
Add to that fresh baked bread, fine cheeses and an extensive wine selection.
There’s also a licensed Cafe, which given how well they’ve done everything else, not surprisingly has received rave reviews.
Every so often they run special events such as the Wine and Food Pairing or special Roast dinner for Mother’s Day.
This month they have a French Food and Wine Festival. With special dishes in the Cafe for the whole of June as well as French foods and wine in the Deli and General Stores.
