Last Sunday’s beach clean in Sandown was a great success, with plenty of volunteers pitching in, despite the rotten weather.
This Sunday, the Isle of Wight Beach Cleaning Volunteers take on Compton Beach.
As well as beach cleaning volunteers, there should be plenty of spare hands as the Frack Free Isle of Wight Group meet as part of a National Gathering.
There’ll be a gathering at Compton carpark at 10am followed at 11am by a short beach clean until around 12:30pm/1pm (due to tides).
