Residents are invited to walk through beautiful award-winning Ventnor Park.

Fitness trainers and club leaders will be on hand to provide advice, discuss people’s needs and describe their classes and activities, including tennis, bowls, exercise, dance and horse riding.

They can also try out the outdoor exercise equipment at the ‘Outfit’ fitness centre.

Demos and classes
During the day there will be demonstrations of dance and fitness classes for all ages.

At 1pm a group of runners will also launch and do a circuit of the new marked 1km running trail.
