The Isle of Wight Rowing Forum, representing Newport, Ryde and Shanklin Rowing Clubs, and to support and promote Rowing in the Isle of Wight is staging an Adult (over 16s) Learn to Row course, supported by all three clubs and coaching staff.

If you’re serious about getting fit, or just fancy trying something new, then ‘Learn to Row’.

Four sessions
The four session course starts at 2pm on Sunday 29th September 2013 at Ryde Rowing Club.

Two further sessions will be held, one at Newport on 6th October (10am) and at Shanklin on 13th October (2pm), plus one evening at Ryde Swimming pool to be arranged in agreement with the applicants.

Cost is just £20 for four sessions. Each session lasts approximately two to three hours. Includes three months British Rowing Membership and Insurance.
