Unite the Isle of Wight is a peaceful and proactive campaign group based on the Isle of Wight which aims to challenge the government’s drive for austerity and the devastating cuts to public services and welfare.
They will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday (13th) evening.
The event takes place from 7pm at the Unitarian Meeting House, 9a High Street Newport.

On the agenda for the meting will a discussion about the People’s Assembly National Demonstration, No To Austerity (and outside the Tory Party Conference) in Birmingham on Sunday 2nd October.
There’ll also be information about local days of action, awareness raising and the next steps.
