The Isle of Wight council posted on social media yesterday that the Cowes Floating Bridge would be temporarily suspended at certain times over the next few days.
Due to ongoing staff sickness the Cowes Floating Bridge will be suspended at the following times:
Between 0800 hrs and 1400 hrs on Thursday 26th, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th May 2022.
A launch service will be in operation for foot passengers and cyclists.
They added,
“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.”
