As mentioned earlier, at the weekend we spent a glorious afternoon in a secret location somewhere near East Cowes taking part in tree climbing activities with Paul McCathie from Goodleaf Tree Climbing.
The youngest member of the VB team, Alpha, was trying out tree climbing with ropes for the first time and with excellent results. Her verdict, “it’s exhilarating!”
We sat down with a cup of tea and a delicious slice of carrot cake (from Mimi’s Cupcakery) to have a chinwag with Paul before the climb started.
