The much-loved and historically important Guildhall building will once again have life breathed into it this week.
Visit Isle of Wight (VIOW), the Destination Management Organisation for the Isle of Wight will be opening the new Guildhall Visitor Information Centre on Thursday (25th June) at 10am.

The operation will be staffed by VIOW’s newly-trained team of Travel Ambassadors.
Although they may vary, the initial opening times will be Monday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm.
Also moving into the building will be Visit Isle of Wight’s offices. They’re currently based at Osborne House, but the relocation will place them in the heart of the Isle of Wight.
Thornton: “Exciting new phase”
David Thornton, Chief Executive of VIOW said,
“I really do feel this is the beginning of an exciting new phase of operations for VIOW and the Isle of Wight as a whole.”
