Sandown Bay’s spectacular celebration of arts, science and nature – Biosphere too – is coming to you this weekend (Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th October).
Hullabaloo is brought to the Isle of Wight by Shademakers UK and The Common Space and takes place at Browns Golf Course by the sea.
It’ll all be kicked off at 6.30pm on tonight (Friday 14th October) with an unmissable one-off show from Shademakers UK.
What’s on…
- Cardboard Quest is back! This year’s theme is Wacky Racers… are you ready to race? (more to come on that soon)
- Discovery Bay! Find Winchester Science Museum, The Common Space Museum of Natural Wonders, Project Seagrass, the National Poo Museum and more things wild and wonderful under one roof…
- The Shady Lady stage will dock once again hosted by Horse Box Theatre with musical mayhem.
- Expand your brain and ears with a specially curated two-day programme of amazing speakers live in our Talk Tent.
- Join in with storytelling, cardboard-making, clothes-mending and more in the Wacky Makers Tent.
- StoryQuest! Help Shrewbert find Iris at the launch of The Trail with Two Tails!
- Look out for Lizzie’s Way, the Men in Sheds and much, much more!
Hullabaloo will be home too for a whole host of Community and Volunteer Groups, Youth Sports and not forgetting the brilliant Market Days… oh and there’s still golf, of course.
Lily George, Shademakers UK said,
“We look forward to welcoming everyone to Hullabaloo 22! Here is a weekend one-stop shop for all – natural world in spades, culture up to the eyeballs, music, carnival mayhem and all set within the huge green and blue spaces of Browns public realm.
“A real Isle of Wight Biosphere celebration. Please invite your friends to come to the Island especially too!”
