Do you remember back in March we wrote about two Islanders who were planning a mammoth cycle ride in aid of charity?
Well, we heard from one of those riders today, Matt Harris, and he confirmed that he and Rob Cooch (from Vectis Roads Cycling Club) successfully completed their 520 miles in five days challenge.
The guys cycled from the Isle of Wight to Lands End and back again, all in five days.
They were cycling in aid of the Naomi House and jacksplace children’s hospices and have raised over £500.
